Short Statement: This package is submitted under a regular clearance as a request for extension of a currently approved collection. There was an agency adjustment to account for decrease in the numbers of respondents (from 1,050 to 950) that resulted in a decrease of 2,700 burden hours (from 28,350 to 25,650 hours).
