Program changes are due to addition of new Federally managed pelagic squid jig and deepwater shrimp fisheries, deletion of the no-longer active NWHI bottomfish and lobster fisheries, and adjustment of the fisheries affected by the WCPFC Area Endorsement marking requirements. In addition, estimated annualized costs were adjusted for higher costs of supplies, offsetting a small decrease in costs related to decreased responses.
