The information collections are required under section 711 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This section requires that certain agreements that are in fulfillment of the CRA are to be disclosed to the public and the appropriate Federal banking agencies. The information will assist the public in assessing whether the parties are meeting their obligations under the agreements and CRA.
OCC is citing an increase in the burden due to an increase in the number of respondents as a result of implementing the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, P.L. 111-203, 124 Stat. 1376 (2010).
