Prior to
requesting extension of this collection, the agency will explore
whether to make available to respondents an optional low burden
certification standard form that could be used to meet the
certification collection requirement. If the agency determines such
an optional form is not feasible, the agency will explain this in
the supporting statement.

The burden hours decreased from
404 hours in the previous request to 216 hours, representing a
reduction of 188 hours for this request. The change is primarily
due to an adjustment in the number of respondents to correct the
number of hours previously reported. Also, some reports are also
available on the bus testing website.
