Abstract: The Customer Supplier Agreement (CSA) between ESMD/ETDPO/Dust Management Project (DMP) and CxP/Lunar Surface Systems Project Office (LSSPO) calls for the DMP to create lunar regolith simulant. In order to achieve that, it must first be determined who needs the simulant and for what purposes. A specific item called out is: Survey Users' Needs (ETDP, CxP, Human Health, etc).
