Request: Non-substantive change/non-material change request.
The Commission has updated the Annual Lifeline Certification and Verification Letter which was approved by OMB under OMB Control Number 3060-0819. With this non-substantive/non-material change request, the Commission is providing the OMB with an updated version that includes the OMB control number displayed in the upper right corner of the document as required by 5 CFR 1320.3(f)(1) of OMB’s regulations.
The Commission also added an edition date at the bottom right corner of the letter (as we stated in our OMB submission, item 17 of the supporting statement).
