The amendments in Release No. 33-9245 remove references to credit ratings and replace them with alternate criteria. In addition, the amendments rescind Form F-9. As a result, the collection of information contained in Form F-9 will be eliminated. The issuers who currently file on Form F-9 will file on Form F-10, which will increase the number of respondents for Form F-10. We estimate that the amendments would result in an annual time burden increase of 36 hours and an increase in the cost burden of $45,000 for services of outside professionals.
