The proposals in Release No. 33-9164 would implement Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The changes in burden of Form 10-Q relate to proposed new disclosure requirements about mine safety matters. These disclosure requirements implement Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires disclosure of specified mine safety and health violations, orders and citations and related matters in periodic reports. The change in burden for Form 10-Q corresponds to the new disclosure requirements.
