Form 20-F is filed by foreign private
issuers of securities to satisfy their annual report obligations
pursuant to Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
The proposals in Release No.
33-9164 would implement Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The
changes in burden of Form 20-F relate to proposed new disclosure
requirements about mine safety matters. These disclosure
requirements implement Section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which
requires disclosure of specified mine safety and health violations,
orders and citations and related matters in periodic reports. The
change in burden for Form 20-F corresponds to the new disclosure
requirements. We estimate the proposal will result in an increase
of 19 burden hours and an increase in the cost burden of $22,500
for services of outside professionals.
