The amendments in Release No. 33-9244 re-propose certain rules related to asset-backed that were initially proposed in April 2010. The new burden of Form SF-3 is necessary to distinguish offerings of asset-backed securities that are currently registered on Form S-3. Form SF-3 would result in an annual time burden of 31,050 hours and a cost burden of $37,260,000 for services of outside professionals.
