The focus groups proposes to identify
the participation rates of minority-owned businesses in global
commerce. Currently there are no sources of data available that
provide this kind of information. These focus groups are necessary
to establish benchmarks of minority business participation in
exports of goods and services, export sales, international trade,
and trade with fast growing markets.
This is a reinstatement with
change; focus groups will be conducted instead of surveys.
