We have not yet received your response to the information request from the CDC Newborn Screening and Molecular Biology Branch. The newborn screening LABORATORY data collection instrument was designed to minimize the burden of this information request and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. You may designate another person from your laboratory who is familiar with CDC newborn screening laboratory activities to answer the questions on your behalf.
