This is a reminder that you have only 2 days left to respond to the OSTLTS’ communication product assessment.

In order to further improve and strengthen our communication products, we invite state, tribal, local and territorial public health professionals who subscribe to our products to participate in a 15-minute assessment. Your feedback is invaluable and will be used to refine our communication products so as to better meet your needs.

We have a limited number of spots for participating in this assessment. It will be open from [START DATE] until [END DATE] or when our participant limit is reached.
