Dear Colleague,

On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an email requesting your participation in an assessment of Internet Partner Service (IPS) activities across the U.S. To date, we have received data from XX% (XX/59) project areas.

If you have already completed the assessment, I thank you for your time and participation. If have you not yet completed the assessment, I have included the link below.
