Short Statement: Program Change Due to Agency Discretion: Per Public Law 111-92, the form 1040 line references on line 7 and 25 were revised. Per Public Law 111-126, line 7 (Advance Earned income credit (EIC)),and line 8 (payments if any and Net taxes because of the elimination of the AEIC) were removed from 2010 form. As a result, total annual burden decreased by 79,164 hours.
