The change in burden hours is an ADJUSTMENT. There is no proposed change to the reporting or recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The reporting and recordkeeping requirements and the methodology for calculating burden remain unchanged.
The following listed below are changes to the collection:
• Increase in burden (i.e., burden hours) is due to an increase in the estimated vessel population. Note—In 2009, there was an error in the ROCIS entry for number of responses. The 2009 number or responses was 725 vice 3,410. The 3,410 figure was the burden hour total.
