Non-substantive changes to the Forms 1 and 1-F

The following non-substantive change is being made to the public reporting burden section of the general information section of the Forms 1 and 1-F.¹ The change is necessary in order to update the burden figures, contact information and provide adequate notice regarding display of the control number.

The public reporting burden for the FERC Form 1 collection of information is estimated to average 1,144 162 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data-needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. The public reporting burden for the FERC Form 3-Q collection of information is estimated to average 150 hours per response.
