The Commission is reporting an increase in the total annual burden hours of 1,733 hours. This adjustment increase is due to an incease in the number of respondents, and increase in the number of respondents filing separately. The total number of respondents has increased by 45 - from 47 to 92 which is a result of the number of price cap carriers as well as an increase in the number of respondents filing separately. The annual estimated time per response decreased from 61 hours per response to 50 hours per response. This decrease is due to the belief that carriers are familiar with preparing and filing TRPs and therefore can accomplish the necessary tasks in less time.
