There has been an adjustment in the burden level estimate because we are in a different stage of the data collection process. Data collection is completed for the baseline survey, almost completed for the nine month survey, and is about halfway completed for the 18 month survey. The 34 month survey, using the same instrument, had been added. At the time of the original submission in 2008, the 34 month wave of data collection was planned but not yet funded. The slight change in the number of respondents reflects the current stage of data collection based on the number of baseline interviews collected, which could only be estimated in the 2008 submission.
