Abstract: The Act of 1990, as amended, authorizes the Attorney General to expend up to 20,000,000 of the Immigration Emergency Fund for the reimbursement of states and localities. This collection of information is needed for the states and localities to submit claims for reimbursement in connection with immigration emergencies.
