Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved for one year. In its subsequent renewal submission, EPA shall submit an updated supporting statement that includes (a) an updated description of the program and the information needed from respondents; (b) updated burden and cost estimates associated with the information; (c) a description of the method by which the information should be submitted to EPA; (d) a new FR citation soliciting comments and a summary of public comments received in response to the citation; and (e) a summary of consultation with representatives outside of EPA to obtain views on availability of data, frequency of collection, clarity of instructions, and recordkeeping, disclosure, or reporting format (if any), and on the data elements to be recorded, disclosed, or reported. In addition, EPA shall, to the extent possible, include in its request all forms and instructions related to the information covered by the supporting statement.
