Abstract: Consumers may submit reports of harm involving the use of consumer products or other products or substances regulated by the CPSC and also allow manufacturers of such to coment on the reports of harm. The reports and comments would be part of a public databse operated and maintained by the CPSC. Staff is adding new report forms that allow manufacturers to submit brand information and provide manufactureres the option to register as a small batch manufacturer.
