The Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate External S&T Collaboration Site (E-STCS) is responsible for providing an externally available collaborative environment for S&T groups, divisions, and branches. This site will enable a secure, cost-effective, compliant platform for hosting external-facing SharePoint-based web sites, both current and future. Users will be able to share information, best practices and lessons learned across various labs, performers, and other federal agencies. Registration information will be collected when needed for users who need further access beyond the E-STCS landing page. In order for a user to access this site, he/she must complete a Registration Form to establish a user account.

This clearinghouse will enable its users to share information, best practices and lessons learned within a secure collaborative environment. Registration information will be collected when needed for users who need further access beyond the E-STCS landing page. In order for a user to access this clearinghouse, he/she must complete a Registration Form to establish a user account.
