This month the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is sending invitations to a randomly selected sample of pilots to complete a survey regarding experiences and satisfaction with the airman medical certification process (OMB control #???). Results obtained from the survey will be used to inform decisions regarding service improvements that impact all pilots. Invitees are in a unique position to provide the FAA valuable feedback. Not all active pilots will be receiving invitations. If you are selected, take the opportunity to express your views. Your willingness to participate is greatly appreciated!
Details on the Airman Medical Certification Satisfaction Survey
◦ The FAA is inviting a randomly selected sample of pilots to provide feedback
◦ Invitations will arrive via the US Postal Service in July
◦ The survey will be available to complete via a computer, mobile device, or paper
◦ The survey will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete
