Abstract: The Export Import Bank (Ex-Im) of the United States pursuant to the Export Import Bank Act of 1945, as amended (12 USC 635, et seq), facilitates the finance of the exporting of US good and services. This form will provide Ex-Im information needed to determine compliance and creditworthiness for transaction requests submitted. This collection will gather information concerning the eligibility of equipment that has been previously owned or placed into service for support under Ex-Im's loan, guarantee, and insurance programs. To be eligible for Ex-Im support used equipment must meet specific criteria.
