This is a new collection; therefore we are requesting a program change of 56 hour burdens and a non-hour cost burden of $100,000.The cost burden is for the potential cost for the study requirement in § 282.13(e)(1).Due to accommodating the split of regulations from BOEMRE to BSEE, BSEE is requesting OMB approval of the already approved burden hours that were previously under 1010-0081 to reflect BSEE's regulatory requirements and new 1014 numbering system.
