Extension without change of a currently approved collection
This part provides that any interested person may request that the Director of OSM evaluate a State program by setting forth in the request a concise statement of facts that the person believes establishes the need for the evaluation.
This information collection request will add 25 hours to the burden estimate for a respondent to submit a request to evaluate a State regulatory program. This is an adjustment.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
