The number of respondents increased by 2 (318-316) and the burden hours decreased by 1583 (8140-6557). The increase in the number of respondents is a combined result of increase in contracts (thus increase in contractors providing responses), the discontinuation of collection number 8, and the addition of collection number 6 (BenVal). The decrease in burden hours is a result of the changes in the number of respondents above, and an adjustment caused by a change in estimated burden hours per respondent for collection number 9.
