Abstract: The information will be used by EPA or a delegate tribal agency assisting EPA with administration of the rules, until replaced by an EPA-approved implementation plan, to: (1) identify new or modified major and minor sources subject to the NSR rules, (2) ensure that control technology, if required, is being properly applied, and (3) ensure that the emission control devices are being properly operated and maintained on a continuous basis. Potential respondents are owners or operators of all new minor stationary sources and minor modifications (to both minor and major sources) in Indian Country, and those new major stationary sources and major modifications located in portions of Indian Country that are in nonattainment areas.

Short Statement: This change worksheet is transfering all of the burden currently approved under 2060-0609 to 2060-0003. EPA is currently working on the renewal for 2060-0003, so by transfering the burden now, that renewal can cover the requirements currently covered under both OMB Control Numbers - allowing us to have one ICR that covers all of the PSD requirements. No changes are being made to the requirements at this time. Once the change worksheet is approved, and all of the burden now under 2060-0609 is moved to 2060-0003, EPA will discontinue 2060-0609.
