Abstract: This information collection will allow ECA/P/V to conduct surveys of Fortune, ILEP, IRG and American Fellows participants who participated in these exchange programs between 2003 and 2010. Collecting this data will help ECA/P/V assess and measure the program's impact, specifically the similarities and differences between men and women participants in terms of application of new skill sets and knowledge.
