The collection of supplemental information is required for evaluating applicants for the authorization in the Operation Private Land Mobile Stations in the 72-76 MHz band. FCC Form 1068A which is part of this collection of information, is filed as an attachment to the FCC Form 601. Section 90.257 requires that an applicant agrees to eliminate harmful interference caused by the operation to TV reception on either channels 4 or 5 that might develop.
