Abstract: This action would amend 15 CFR Part 801 to provide for the conduct of new quarterly survey to collect data from major U.S. credit card and personal identification number- based network companies on cross-border transactions between U.S. cardholders traveling abroad and foreign businesses and between foreign cardholders traveling in the United States and U.S. businesses.
