Ken,
It was good talk with you several weeks ago about the NCVS study.
Attached are the details related to the study, including the general
purpose, the information we would need from the records, the study
procedures and the study products. When we talked, you wanted to show
this to the Chief to get his approval. Let me know if you have any
additional questions.
We were also wondering if you knew of any other cities that might be open
to working with us on the study? We are particularly interested in
cities that might have a similar ‘open records’ statutes as St. Louis.
