Abstract: This information collection will allow ECA/P/V to conduct surveys of Fortune, ILEP, IRG and American Fellows who participated in exchange programs between 2003 and 2010 as part of the Gender Assessment Evaluation. Collecting this data will help ECA/P/V assess and measure the program's impact, specifically the similarities and differences between men and women participants in terms of application of new skill sets and knowledge. Data collections efforts will be conducted via an online survey tool.
