Short Statement: Overall, the total burden hours increased 2,630 and the responses increased 14,686. These adjustments were because of using more recent data from AC reports and part of the increase is because the number of facilities with non-human primates increased in SWTD programs.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
