This study will produce national estimates of erroneous payments in NSLP and SBP due to certification errors and meal counting and claiming as required by the Improper Payments Information Act of 2002.

This collection is a reinstatement of a previously approved information collection resulting in a program change of 4,622.63 burden hours. APEC-II includes several objectives addressed in APEC-I, but expands on that study via (1) State-level modeling (2) the inclusion of a recently introduced provision, the CEO, in the SY 2012Â13 national estimate of erroneous payments.
