The Green Jobs Implementation Evaluation is a comprehensive study of the implementation of the Green Jobs and Health Care training grants authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). The Act included funding for four grant projects - the Energy Training Partnership, Pathways Out of Poverty, State Energy Sector Partnership and Training, and Health Care and Other High Growth Emerging Industries. This information collection request includes data on grant recipients, on-site in-depth interviews, focus groups with grant participants, and a web/telephone survey of all grant project directors and selected program partner staff.
