aforementioned committee:

The meeting room will accommodate
approximately 100 people.
Purpose: This Committee is charged with
advising the Director, CDC and the
Administrator, HRSA, regarding activities
related to prevention and control of HIV/
AIDS and other STDs, the support of health
care services to persons living with HIV/
AIDS, and education of health professionals
and the public about HIV/AIDS and other
STDs.
Matters To Be Discussed: Agenda items
include: (1) Enhancing Hepatitis Prevention
Treatment and Care in the United States;
(2) Integrating HIV Prevention and Care
Data Systems; (3) External Peer Review of
CDC Youth HIV/STI Prevention and Sexual
Health Activities; (4) Preparing for the Ryan
White Reauthorization; and (5) CHAC
Workgroups Update.
Agenda items are subject to change as
priorities dictate.

The Department of Homeland
Security, U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) will be
submitting the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection notice
was previously published in the Federal
Register on February 16, 2012, at 77 FR
9259, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did not receive
any comments for this information
collection.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until May 21,
2012. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.
Written comments and/or suggestions
regarding the item(s) contained in this
notice, especially regarding the
estimated public burden and associated
response time, should be directed to the
Department of Homeland Security

Collection

Intent to Petition for Legal Custody for
Public Law 97–359 Amerasian.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Individuals and
households. The information on this
form is used in support of Form I–360
(Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or
Special Immigrant) to ensure financial
support for Public Law 97–359
Amerasian. The affidavit is used only to
sponsor individuals eligible for
immigration under Public Law 97–359.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 50 responses at 30 minutes
(.50) per response.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: 25 annual burden hours.
