What is this collection about?

This information collection requires a Certified Cargo Screening Program participant or a TSA Approved Validation Firms to adopt and implement a security program.

When must information be submitted to the TSA?

Information must be submitted to TSA before a CCSP applicant is certified to tender screened cargo for transport on a passenger aircraft or a TSA Approved Validation Firm prior to receiving certification to conduct validations of CCSP applicants.

How is the information submitted?

The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations. CCSP Participants or TSA Approved Validation Firms may submit information by way of e-mail at [email protected] or via fax at (703) 603-0725.

What happens when complete information is received?

Once the security program is adopted and implemented, TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
