Who must comply?	TSA Approved Validation Firms
What is this collection about?	This information collection requires a TSA Approved Validation Firm to submit Validation Assessment Reports.
Where do I find the requirements for this information?	Title 49 CFR, Part 1522.127; 74 Fed. Reg. 47672 (September 16, 2009)
When must information be submitted to the TSA?	Information must be submitted to TSA within 30 calendar days of completing any assessment.
How is the information submitted?	TSA Approved Validation Firms may submit information by way of e-mail at [email protected] or via fax at (703) 603-0725.
What happens when complete information is received?	Once the validation assessment report is received and reviewed by TSA staff, TSA will determine whether to certify a Certified Cargo Screening Program applicant as a Certified Cargo Screening Facility. TSA will asses compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
