DHS is
encouraged to explore how it can improve the practical utility of
this collection. TSA should explore how to better coordinate with
other TSA Customer contact methods - including the customer call
center, email address, the TSA comment webform, and the TSA Civil
Rights complaint form. By August 2013 OMB requests that TSA provide
to OMB a report regarding TSA's efforts to consolidate these
collections, (to the extent possible and feasible) as a method to
possibly improve the practical utility of the information
collected. TSA should also consider the use of other information
technology platforms for possibly collecting customer
feedback.
