Employee Suggestion Initiative

The Department of Energy is working to strengthen management performance in an effort to support President Obama’s management agenda announced on July 18, 2013. The purpose of the agenda is to make the government more effective, efficient, and supportive of economic growth by leveraging technology and innovation.

You are invited to share your ideas of how government could generate significant, tangible and positive differences that support a more effective, efficient and supportive economic growth. The key here is your ideas matter.

This could be a situation where DOE is using multiple solutions for a specific problem, when one solution is needed…. Or it could be an idea for shared services that can be leveraged across the complex.
