HUD is sponsoring this research effort to understand the extent to which youth aging out of foster care have unmet needs related to housing. The goal of this information request will be to explore and document the reasons why a community chooses to use, or not use, Family Unification Program (FUP) vouchers to serve this population; and for the communities that do serve youth with FUP vouchers, an exploration of the partnership and program that has been established between the PHA and PCWA.
