Through the Office of Economic
Adjustment (OEA), Department of Defense funds are provided to
public school districts to construct, renovate, repair or expand
public schools located on military installations in order to
address capacity or facility condition deficiencies at such
schools, and in accordance with a Priority List of the most serious
capacity and facility condition deficiencies as determined by the
Secretary of Defense.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
