[IF REQUESTED/AS NEEDED] My name is [NAME OF CALLER]. I work for Westat, a research company based in Rockville, Maryland. We are conducting a study on urban American Indians’ and Alaska Natives’ interactions with services and programs funded by the Administration for Children and Families, which is an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Our study team will be conducting a site visit to [CITY] and I was hoping to speak with [ORGANIZATIONAL LEADER] to better understand how your organization serves the American Indian/Alaska Native community in [CITY].

[ONCE LEADER IS ON THE PHONE] Hello, my name is [NAME OF CALLER]. I work for Westat, a research company based in Rockville, Maryland. The study is being supported by the Administration for Native Americans and the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation, both of which are within the Administration for Children and Families. I was hoping you might have about fifteen minutes to talk with me about how your organization serves the American Indian/Alaska Native community in [CITY].
