The Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR), Fish and Wildlife Service, administers 18 financial assistance programs, in whole or in part. We award most financial assistance as grants, but cooperative agreements are possible if the Federal Government will be substantially involved in carrying out the project.
