Abstract: Under the James Zadroga September 11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-347), the Department of Justice, September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, would request limited information regarding objections to the authority of another individual as a claimant's Personal Representative for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund from individuals with objections in order to evaluate objections made to claims.
