The National Center for State Courts, in collaboration with the Bureau of Justice Statistics, is conducting a National Census of Problem-Solving Courts. The
information you provide in this survey will help to establish an accurate picture of Problem-Solving Courts nationwide--including how many exist, who they serve,
and program characteristics--that does not currently exist.
