This reporting form is used to collect
information from a State Workforce Agency (SWA) on the activities
they perform under the Foreign (Alien) Labor Certification
reimbursable grant and provides a sound basis for program
management, including budget, workload management, and monitoring
for compliance with the grant. The collection also accounts for the
burdens placed on employers and SWAs for participating in
research.

to account for the surveys conducted by the SWAs to collect
information about prevailing employment practices in
agriculture.
