Abstract: This information collection will allow ECA/P/V to do an assessment of three English Language related Programs in ECA: the English Language Specialist Program , the E-Teacher Scholarship Program, and the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship Program. Data collection efforts will be conducted entirely via electronic surveys. Participants are those who were in the programs between 2004 and 2009. Collecting this data will help ECA/P/V assess and measure the program's impact and effectiveness on participants.
